A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in 1990.He is the founder partner of the firm. He hails from Sullia Taluk of Karnataka. He is specialized in Audit & Assurance, Income Tax, GST and Management consultancy.

He has gained a vast and varied experience over the years, both in Industry as well as in Practice. He worked as General Manager of Accounts in Elecon Engineering Company Limited (Gujrat) from 1991 to 2001 where in he was responsible for management of Accounts, Taxation and Auditing. In 2001, he started practicing under his Individual name, which was converted into a sole proprietorship in 2007. In 2015, this sole proprietorship was converted into a Partnership Firm with induction of CA Sumukh U Kolathaya as a partner.

Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in 2015. He is specialized in Audit & Assurance, Income Tax, GST and Management consultancy. He has completed DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit) and also completed the certification course in GST, conducted by the ICAI.

Further, he was also a partner in M Balakrishna Achar & Co. for 2 years from April-2018 to March-2020.
